Dear Sir ' Madam , I went to one of your stores via Daule today like always , I have been a customer there for years ,I am from South Africa but now live and married here in Guayaquil Ecuador , the service has been good u till today , when I usually spend a some of money buying menudenc ia and chicken liver and chicken , today I spent $48.10 , we always have them put our producs in meduim size bags as my husband is the only one who can carry what we bought up 3 flights of stairs my husband has a bad heart as has been operated on both his eyes of Ratina I am 60 years old and my husband is 73 years old , I have very bad knees that is why I can climb up stairs , but today as I was saying one of your employees came and told us we can put the products in medium size bags , we have to put as as many as we can in a big bag , to carry , this is very wrong as I was not asking at all for any big bags but to put the products in the medium one , I explained to her what the problem was my husband of 73 years old can not carry all at once the heavy load , anyway the managers came to see what was happening , we explained and they told us the same thing to put it in a big bag , this is so wrong, looks like your employees have no sympathy for old people even though we spend money there every week for years, ,the one who stated it all stand and laugh at us , is this they way to be treated , if one person comes i to buy one product he or she will get a small bag , des this mean that we have to buy one by one so that our produts we buy put in the bags we expect them to be in , so wrong very wrong , we spens money yet we do not allowed bags , I do not ask for big bags but medium one so that it will be much easier for mu husband of 73 years old to climb 3 flights of stairs a couple of times to bring what we bought a little more easier for him , I do wish you would try and talk to the employees about the way the treat the elderly people , we are not as strong like te younger crowd anymore , the older one gets the weaker you are and to be laughed at is not right , thanl you so much regards bella
